Achievement for All is a Programme that supports schools to close the achievement gap between those children who may under-perform and their peers. It aims to raise the aspirations, access and achievement of these pupils by, significantly involving them in the life of the school, working closely with parents, and by continuing professional development of the staff and leadership. Staff undertake special training to develop their skills in communicating with parents and also to improve their ability to analyse and track the progress of all the children.
The school has been involved in the Achievement for All Programme for the last two years with outstanding results. We have been made an Ambassador School for the initiative and have been awarded Quality Lead School status which means we can support other schools to help to raise their standards.
